It's divided into sections, so you can watch 10 minutes of tips and advice about the aspect of your face that's bothering you at the moment. It's not a huge investment in time. When a type of product is recommended a variety of products are suggested in a range of prices.My eyes were looking lined and tired. By using make-up application techniques suggested in the DVD, and with the purchase of one new product, I now look more youthful. I look so much better that I decided to try to add eyeliner to give my eyes a bit more emphasis. I spent 5 minutes on the eyeliner section a couple days later and now have a great new look. It's nice to know that getting older doesn't have to mean giving up a polished look. I was slowly giving up make-up -- first crease shadow, then eye liner, then concealer.
